The 80’s and early 90’s were a funny time. I remember my mother taking me to a local barber shop to get our Glamour Shots done. There were costumes and a ton of harsh lights. Looking back on these pictures, I can’t imagine what my mother was thinking. Either way, they are fun to look at. I was commissioned by a man that wanted an old Glamour Shot of his wife done. The picture was so special to him that I couldn’t take it to use as a reference and instead met him at a McDonald’s to snap a couple pics of it. Ultimately, it was a fun piece to work on. It’s difficult to see in the picture, but I did the gloves at low heat to give them a smooth satiny texture, and the opposite on the tulle to make it rough and transparent. He loved the result. 2022 Appx. 14 x 10
